RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to reduce and/or eliminate waste, variation, non-value-added activities, and inflexibility in both production and administrative processes with the aim of improving operational indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery Time, Safety, Customer Satisfaction, and Profitability).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and lead workshops and Kaizen events to improve productivity and quality in processes.
- Maintain and update line balancing based on customer demand.
- Provide support in analysis and problem-solving to maintain and improve operational indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery Time, Safety, Customer Satisfaction, and Profitability).
- Document, participate in, and implement improvement projects.
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma training to candidates from different departments.
- Follow up on improvement projects, acting as a coach in soft tools and statistics to ensure their completion.
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with personnel from different areas of the company to track progress on improvement projects.
- Reduce manufacturing costs through the implementation of actions and improvement projects.
- Improve production and administrative processes.
- Process mapping and optimization.
- Conduct internal audits to help meet the requirements of the ISO IATF 16949 standard.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, with Administration focus
At least 3 years of experience
Required Courses: Core Tools, 8 Disciplines, Lean Manufacturing, Green Belt.
